Bolt on Avid's 20R Brake Pads for consistent, powerful braking. They're designed for use with linear-pull brakes.

To keep your Avid brakes functioning properly, check your pads for wear and replace them when necessary. Organic compound pads are softer for quieter braking and increased modulation, while metallic pads dissipate heat better and last a bit longer. Two pads, one retraction spring and a mounting bolt are included (enough for one brake) in each pad set. And, choose an aluminum backing plate if you're really counting the grams.

SRAM and Zipp offer rotors and wheels, respectively that are compatible with the Center Lock disc rotor mounting system developed by Shimano. Center Lock offers a secure hold and perfect fit with fully compatible rotors that makes it simple to remove and install a rotor. Most road and gravel disc brake wheelsets feature the Center Lock spline system. These Zipp Center Lock Disc Lock Rings are what is referred as the external serration design, and meant to interface with a 16T/44-45mm (OD) external bottom bracket tool. Zipp is offering two versions, one for 140mm and 160mm rotors (common for road and gravel bikes), and a second for rotors from 170-203mm sizes (most common on mountain bikes).
